2. Bookings
All bookings should be made in advance via our website, phone, or approved platforms.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight information, contact number, and passenger details.
Horizon Minicab reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
3. Prices and Payments
All quoted prices are fixed for pre-booked journeys unless otherwise stated.
Prices may increase if there are:
Additional stops
Route diversions
Waiting time beyond the agreed allowance
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, online payment methods, or cash (where agreed in advance).
4. Waiting Time & Delays
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals.
A standard waiting time may be included; additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
If the passenger fails to appear within the agreed waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame communicated at booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or partially.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Child Seats
Child and infant seats can be provided upon request.
Customers must inform us of the child’s age at the time of booking.
Availability is subject to prior notice.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must behave respectfully and lawfully during the journey.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol abuse, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in repair or cleaning charges.
8. Luggage
Passengers must ensure luggage fits safely within the booked vehicle.
Additional or oversized luggage must be declared at booking time.
Horizon Minicab is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
9. Service Limitations
We aim to provide timely and reliable services; however, delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other factors beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.
We shall not be liable for missed flights, connections, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Complaints
Any complaints should be reported as soon as possible after the journey.
Complaints can be submitted via email or phone using our contact details.
We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
11. Limitation of Liability
Horizon Minicab’s liability is limited to the cost of the booked journey.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless required by law.
